🌿 Meet and Greet (10 minutes) $50

A “Meet and Greet” session is an initial meeting designed to jumpstart your process. During this session, Mitch will listen to your experiences and answer your questions about how he can help you. From there, you can move to the full 45-minute “Health Guidance Session” so he can help you develop a “health plan of action” tailored to your specific requirements.

🌿 Health Guidance Sessions (45 minutes) $225

In a Health Guidance Session, Mitch will be your natural health educator. He will speak with you one-on-one via a secure Zoom video call where will share his expertise, offering valuable insights into the naturopathic approach to your diagnosis. 

He will:

  • Discuss pertinent lab testing options that you can explore with your local healthcare provider
  • Recommend lab kits you can order yourself and have delivered to your home
  • Provide recommendations for diet adjustments that you can discuss with your doctor
  • Teach you about lifestyle adjustments to support your long-term well-being
  • Collaborate with you to develop a wellness plan that you can implement with your doctor and in your daily routine

What is not included in a Health Guidance Session?

Please be advised that this is a Health Guidance Session only and does not establish any doctor-patient relationship. Mitch will be unable to examine you, review your lab work, diagnose or treat your specific diseases.

He can help you understand what is going on in your body, show you how to investigate the root cause of your illness, assist you in creating a plan of action to support your healing process, and give you tips and tricks to make long-term changes to better your health and well-being.

PLEASE NOTE: We require all individuals to have their own Primary Care Doctor, or other licensed healthcare provider, and Specialist, if needed, for diagnosis and treatment of their specific health conditions.

  1. You will set up an account on “Charm”, our secure communications system.
  2. You will be asked to fill out a few Policy and Consent forms.
  3. You will get a link for the virtual Health Guidance session.

How to Fill Out Forms – INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Forms must be completed 48 hours or more before your visit. If paperwork has not been completed, we may reschedule your appointment.
  • We recommend that you complete this paperwork on a desktop or laptop computer or an iPad. The system is not mobile-friendly and attempting to complete the forms on your phone is not recommended.
  • If you have any difficulty accessing the patient portal to complete your paperwork, please call our office for assistance more than 48 hours before your appointment so that we may assist you.
