Find a doctor to work with

THE first and most important thing you can do for your health is to establish a long-term relationship with a good doctor who is able to monitor your health status by regularly examining you and running tests. Every person is an individual, with a complicated mix of lifestyle practices, history and genetics, so requires individual evaluation.

We believe that if you can, you might want to have both a conventional Medical Doctor, and Naturopathic Doctor, and if you are a woman, a Gynecologist. Mitch and Dina personally each have a conventional Medical Doctor, and Naturopathic Doctor, a Chiropractor, plus a Dentist, and an Optometrist, whom we visit regularly.
