This book changed my life, which is why I am so enthusiastic about it! I wish that everyone could understand and take advantage of these simple, fast and effective solutions for mood problems.

If you are feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, foggy-headed, or have a lack of zest for life, it may be because you are deficient in some Amino Acids.

Of course, most emotions are caused by thoughts we are thinking, some of which we are not even aware of! But sometimes, for me at least, everything in my life was going really well, but I still felt bad.

I went on a quest to discover why and found Julia Ross, MA, and her book The Mood Cure and I’ve been using it ever since.

Here are the basics: Amino Acids are the building blocks of proteins found in food. They are important because they participate in neurotransmitter transport and biosynthesis.

Due to our modern food system and all today’s stressors, it is possible to be deficient in some Amino Acids, which can cause problems in our brains and how we feel.

What to do once you have discovered your Mood Type…
